Error:BrokenCount>0 (Bad Repositories Error) How to Solve it ?

Error:BrokenCount>0

Hey, Guys, it was very annoying to see a red icon on the top menu bar in Ubuntu. If you remember correctly, some of the packages didn’t install completely and properly. That caused an error “Broken Count > 0″.

Error:BrokenCount>0

If you click on that red icon you get option to resolve it but sometimes its fail to resolve the problem

Error:BrokenCount>0

So today we are going to learn how to resolve and remove that red icon from a menu bar. there are many methods but this one that I am going to  teach you is easy and best way.

First of all, if you remember which package was broken when you installed it, try to remove that package by the following command in terminal:

sudo apt-get remove package-name

package-name is a name of the package you installed which was broken.

If you don’t remember package name or if removing it doesn’t help you might try clearing APT’s (Advance Packaging Tool) cache with the following commands:

sudo apt-get install -f

or

sudo apt-get update

after running these command successfully your problem will resolve. if not please comment below and I will help you to resolve the error:brokencount>0 error problem.
